Kristina Kourasis is an associate in Stris & Maher’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Kourasis is regularly staffed on the firm’s complex business litigation matters.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Ms. Kourasis has taken and defended depositions, drafted pleadings and discovery, and played a significant role in settlement negotiations. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kourasis worked for a plaintiff-side law firm focusing on employment and employee benefits litigation.
Ms. Kourasis received her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the Central District of California and edited the ABA’s Journal of International Media & Entertainment Law. She also won first place in the Roberta Bennett Community Property and Gay Rights Student Writing Contest for her research paper on asexuality and the law. Ms. Kourasis received her B.A. with honors from the University of Southern California.
Ms. Kourasis is fluent in Russian, Armenian, and Greek.
