Peter Stris to Present Article at Maurice A. Deane School of Law’s ERISA Symposium

Topic: Peter Stris will speak at the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal Symposium, which is entitled, The Grand Irony of ERISA?: Intersectionality of ERISA Preemption and Remedial Issues. Mr. Stris will present his article, ERISA Remedies, Welfare Benefits, and Bad Faith: Losing Sight of the Cathedral. He will also serve on a panel that discusses many issues related to ERISA, including preemption, subrogation, and the availability of common law remedies in the employee benefit context.
