Elizabeth Brannen to Address Trade Secrets before Federal Circuit Bar Association

Topic: On November 3, Elizabeth Brannen will serve on a panel with three other experts. Panelists will explore the overlaps and distinctions among the Defense Trade Secrets Act (DTSA), the Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and state-specific Trade Secrets Acts.
